Buying a car from an individual or from a local car dealer is one tedious task if the objective is to purchase a second car that is still in good running condition.  Whether new or used, when buying a car, it should be treated with the same importance and value.شراء سيارة من أي فرد او من تاجر محلي سيارة واحدة مهمة شاقة إذا كان الهدف شراء السياره الثانية التي لا تزال في حالة تشغيل جيدة. سواء كانت جديدة او مستعملة عند شراء سيارة ، يجب ان تعالج بنفس الاهميه والقيمه.

There are things to take into consideration before buying the car and these are:هناك اشياء في الاعتبار قبل شراء السياره وهي :

1.1. Educate yourself as a consumerتثقيف نفسك عن المستهلك
2.2. Prepare a list of your needs.اعداد قائمة احتياجاتكم. Prioritize between the necessities and the wants.فضل بين الضرورات والحاجات.
3.3. Determine the budget and the kind of car that would best fit.تحديد الميزانيه ونوع السياره التي تناسب.
4.4. Make a selection by models and types.بالاختيار من النماذج والانماط. Narrowing them will be helpful.تضييق هذه ستكون مفيده.
5.5. Research both online and offline by dealers.البحث الالكتروني المباشر وغير متصل من التجار.
6.6. Know the value of the second hand car in the market.اعرف قيمة السياره الثانية مباشرة في السوق.
7.7. Research the Vehicle Identification Numbers and history.البحث العربة ارقام الهوية والتاريخ.
8.8. Take a mechanic when checking the car whether buying from a friend or a dealer.تتخذ ميكانيكي عند فحص شراء سيارة سواء من صديق او فرد.
9.9. Never shy away from asking questions.لم نتردد في طرح الاسءله.
10.10. If there's a gut feeling about it not being good, don't be afraid to walk away.اذا هناك اي عن الشعور الغريزي هو عدم الخير لا تخافوا على الابتعاد.

Bringing a mechanic along is always a good strategy.  Make sure your mechanic inspects the total car, from the history down to its last screw.  It should be parked on a level spot.مما ميكانيكي على الدوام إستراتيجية جيدة. تأكد لكم ميكانيكي بتفتيش السياره المجموع من تاريخ وضع آخر لتضغط. تجدر اقفة على مستوى المكان. You should make certain that it was driven for about an hour before the inspection.  Always make it on a well lit surrounding and in broad daylight.لك ان تتأكد من انها مدفوعه نحو ساعة قبل الفحص. جعله دائما على واشعل المحيطة وفي وضح النهار.

How to inspect it thoroughly:كيف تفتيشها بدقة :

Checking the exterior.فحص الخارج.

Walk around to see if there is damage to the body.  The corners of the car should be shaken and bounced up and down to see if the shock absorbers are still in good condition.  Make sure that the wheel bearings do not make any sound when trying to pull the front tires by tugging them.  Open the doors lift the hood and the trunk to see if all the rubber seals are still in place.  This will also tell if there's anything loose around the hinges.  Check for signs of repaint.المشي لمعرفة ما اذا كان هناك ضرر على الجسم. زوايا السياره يجب ان يهتز و قذفتها صعودا وهبوطا لمعرفة ما اذا كانت لا تزال لامتصاص الصدمات في حالة جيدة. تأكد ان العجله معدنيه لا تجعل الصوت عند أي محاولة لاخراج جبهة اطارات الجر. افتحوا ابواب الغاء غطاء المحرك والصندوق لمعرفة ما اذا كانت جميع اختام مطاطيه لا تزال قائمة. هذا كما أخبر اذا كان هناك اي شىء غير محكم حول يتوقف. تأكد من أصبغ ثانية. There will be difference in the color because shops can never duplicate the original paint of the car.  Ask someone to turn on all the lights outside of the car and look if all are working.  Cars with only 30,000 miles of travel must still have its original tires.  Beware if you find a car with only a few miles of travel but has new tires.  When the test drive is done, check the discs of the brakes, this should still be clean and smooth.  Check the windshield for cracks.سيكون هناك اختلاف في اللون لان المتاجر لا يمكن ان يكرر الطلاء الأصلي للسيارة. اسأل شخص تحويل جميع مصابيح خارج السياره ، واذا هي نظرة كل عمل. سيارات فقط 30،000 أميال السفر لا بد لها الاصلي الاطارات. حذار إذا رأيتم سيارة سوى بضعة اميال السفر لكن إطارات جديدة. وعندما دفع به هو اختبار للتحقق من أقراص الفرامل ، هذا يجب ان يكون نظيفا وسلاسه. الزجاج الأمامي لمراقبة الشقوق.

Checking the Interior.التدقيق الداخلية.

Though it sounds odd, smell the inside of the car.  Sniff under mats and the carpet.  If it smells like mildew then it's a sign that there is a leak somewhere or that the car may have undergone flood damage.  Switch on the air-conditioning to make sure that it really turns the whole inside of the car cold.  Next, try the heater.  Try out all lights inside as well and never forget to blow the horn.  Also try all the seat adjustments.  The upholstery should still be in good shape too.  There is a lot more to check and here is where the mechanic can help the buyer.كان الامر يبدو غريبا ، رائحة بداخل السياره. شم تحت الحصر والسجاد. اذا مثل روائح العفن الفطري ، ثم في اي دلالة على ان هناك تسرب في مكان ما او ان السياره قد خضعت لأضرار الفيضانات. باناره تكييف الهواء للتأكد من انها فعلا في كل صفحة من داخل السياره البارد. القادم محاولة المدفاه. يجربوا كل الاضواء داخل كذلك ، وينسى تفجير القرن. كما تحاول كل المقعد التعديلات. النجاده يجب ان يكون في وضع جيد ايضا. وهناك الكثير جدا لفحص و ومن هنا يمكن أن يساعد الميكانيكي المشتري.

Looking inside the trunk.  Once more, smell the insides and check for any signs of leaks.  Make sure that some basic car tools are still present for the new user.البحث داخل الصندوق. مرة اخرى رائحة الدواخل والكشف عن اي تسرب من الاشارات. تأكد ان بعض الادوات الاساسية سيارة لا تزال موجودة لمستخدم جديد.

Checking under the hood.  Feel the wiring for any cracks or brittleness.  Squeeze the hoses and the fan belt for any cuts and possible electrical tape patches.  Do not take off the cap of the radiator until its cool enough.  The greenish color indicates a good condition where the coolant is.  Beware of stains and dirty-whitish color on the radiator.  Again, let the rest be checked by the mechanic like the batteries.فحص تحت غطاء المحرك. اشعر الاسلاك أي شقوق أو الهشاشه. ضغط الخراطيم والنصير لحزام اي تخفيضات يمكن الاشرطه الكهرباءيه والبقع. لا تتخذ من الحد الاقصى للتدفئة حتى تبرد بما فيه الكفايه. في مخضوضر اللون الى موقف جيد حيث هو المبرد. حذار من بقع وقذره - اللون الأبيض اللون على المشعاع. ومرة اخرى ، اسمحوا الباقي من فحص الميكانيكي مثل البطاريات.

Checking under the car.  Lie down if you must and use an emergency light to see the engine underneath.  Feel any signs of residue.  Check the pipes and examine any possibility of heavy rusting.فحص تحت السياره. اذا الاستلقاء عليكم واستخدام طارئة ضوء رؤية تحت المحرك. الملمس اي اشارات من المخلفات. مراقبة الانابيب ودراسة امكانيه الثقيلة صدأ.

Do the Test Drive.  The owner or dealer should not stop a buyer from going over about twenty minutes of test drive.  This is a special time to thoroughly look for any problems with the air-conditioning, heater, steering wheel, brakes, transmission, and most importantly, the comfort.  Feel everything; it’s okay to try it on a hump or a slight bumpy road to really experience the performance.  Listen carefully to check any rattles.  Have a pen and paper, flashlight, gloves, magnet, towel, blanket and even CD or tape when checking a car out.لا اختبار قيادة. المالك او تاجر يمنع المشتري من الذهاب على حوالي عشرين دقيقة اختبار قيادة. هذا هو وقت خاص لاجراء البحث عن اي مشاكل في تكييف الهواء والتدفءه ، المقود ، المكابح والارسال ، والأهم من ذلك راحة. ترى كل شيء. هو محاولة لالموافقة على اي اهانة او حدبة الطريق وعر حقا تجربة الأداء. استمع بعناية فحص اي الخرخاشات. التي قلما وورقة ، ومضيا ، والقفازات ، وبقوة ، منشفه ، وبطانيه او حتى نزع الشريط عند فحص السياره.
