Don’t worry.  You’ve already done the hard work.  Your research has been conducted, your home has been cleaned and prepared and you have all the vital information necessary to offer prospective buyers.别急.你所做的努力.你做过研究,您家已清洗和准备你所有的重要资料,提供必要的买家. Now you need to get the word out!现在需要找字!

As you can see, the main feature may attract either a younger couple looking to save money on a starter home or a family looking for room for their growing family with attention to schools and expandable space.  You may choose a different feature.  Try several ads in different papers.  Ask callers where they saw your ad to determine which one is working harder for you.你看,其主要特点是可吸引年轻夫妇找省钱家庭或家族对起动机寻找自己的余地越来越重视家庭与学校的空间和张力.你可以选择不同的特征.尝试不同的广告文件数.请来电那里见到你确定哪一个是专工作力度你.
